over 3 weeks without a phone now and i'm on bt business htf does anyone run a business if they are on bt? invariably ends up getting cut-off while on hold around minute 28 after being passed on to the third customer services agent with scouser whining "alls i can do is send an email to the owner of your complaint asking them to contact you" they never contact me. i think they must have a set of SOPs "pass the fool over to three people then after precisely 28 mins with the third agent cut the lunatic off, repeat daily until they cancel their contract and scoop up a whopping £375 early cancellation fee ha ha ha ha". hi ho hi ho off to the ombudsman we go
