presumably that's leave by default?

a majority in NI could be for remain (as was the case in the referendum, and so is/was the clear mandate) but there still be more seats won by a leave party such as the DUP

also due to sectarianism the GFA has almost built in a veto for both sides in Stormont, so a majority isn't needed to vote against something (yeah, i'm hazy on the details!)
