By poor I mean they are two of the weaker sides in the division

I will acknowledge that there appear to be no/few genuinely "poor" sides in the division this season in terms of there is no Hudds, Fulham or Cardiff.

But they are definitely two of the sides we will be (ore should be) fighting it out with.
