that's what it's all about isn't it, though? a tiny bit cynical perhaps, but enough time has passed for most people to have forgotten just how s**t things can really get, so they're happy and willing to throw everything away.

Maybe it'll be an embittered and isolated Britain kicking things off this time as things turn nasty 5 years after brexit has kicked in and the EU refuse to let us back in.
