they flapped about with all the queen's speech stuff, and nobody believed them.
it might actually have been better to say - we want to prorogue because we want to achieve the departure from the EU that people voted for and Parliament triggered, and we think this is the best way to do it - pure politics, nothing "improper". But the reason they actually gave was s**t.
