Wouldn't surprise me if it was all "part of the plan" and Cummings is in fact 3 steps ahead of everyone.
Boris could still prorogue parliament for 4-6 days with a queens speech on Nov 1.. as long as his intentions are clearly stated.
Then that would force opposition into a vote of no confidence leading up to prorogation date in which they would lose and we would end up no deal.
What if this whole 5 week prorogation was to get a legal outlining of how prorogation must be done so that when it comes to the crunch there is nothing that can be done to stop it?
