Before the hearing I definitely expected the Divisional Court to be upheld

That was an orthodox exposition of the law as I understood it

But in the SC having orthodoxy on your side sometimes isn’t enough ... you forget that they can do what they like! It’s very disconcerting as an advocate. And I thought that the hearing only pointed one way, really. All the loud voices were against Eadie.
