Anything pension wise/nhs doesn't really affect me at this current time

However I do think within 10 years we will need to retrain vast swathes of the population as AI starts taking over as it is already doing.

Retraining people into higher technical/computing jobs would be ideal.

As a bit of background though I tend to educate myself if I need to pick up additional skills. People mock it but YouTube is a fountain of education as well as cat videos and Norwich city highlights.

Currently teaching myself to program in python to further increase the efficiency of my day to day drawing tasks. I think I lot of young people lack direction and ambition as to how they want to shape their own future.
