Is it 'clearly & obviously' a pen though?

I'd say no; VAR can't find clear evidence the ref made the wrong decision so stick with the onfield decision. Likewise, had the ref given it as a pen then that would have been upheld by VAR as there would be no clear evidence to overturn it.
