Prob more cost effective to build a new stadium on the Colman's site

Then no concerns about where to put fans whilst a new stadium is being built.

A new stadium would have lower maintance costs as Barclay and River End are getting a bit dated.

A new stadium on the Colmans site could mean the stadium still being on Carrow Road and still having a River End.
