Moneyball they identified players from stats who maybe weren’t good players but could be used in the system.

We seem to be identifying players who aren’t at a level but have the potential to be coached up.

And then we’re doing it.

We’ve also developed a club philosophy and coached it into everyone from the youth team up.

This is much harder. Much much harder.

It’s unbelievable what’s been achieved
