The lcr that I remember

is the Lower Common Room, and it's far from new and definitely dirty!!! (It's where most gigs at UEA are held, although a lot of other unis also have rooms called the lcr I believe...with those probably being as old and dirty as the one here is!) Hope that helps for the uninitiated.
