I only know woman told me it's been like it for years - this was in 2014 and speaking to a mate who is still in the mod it hasn't improved. The woman who I spoke to at Capita did her best but same with NHS doc just no money.It may well be down to tory cuts as I'm not aware what the situation was like under Blair.
