Happens far too much now dubs.

The pressures on folks now is too much. No money in mental health - I spoke to the woman in our good friends Capita who covered mental health in the MOD covering Army Navy Air Force and all civilians and she said they had 3 full time mental health councillors, so basically no chance. Dunno about your dealings with Capita but I never made it past 3 phone calls with anyone.
