Playing devils adovacate

If the supreme court rules it is unlawful and parliament are recalled.

1. Will MP's pass a vote to cancel party conferences?
2. What is stopping Boris proroguing parliament again to reopen parliament with his new domestic agenda albeit it only for maybe 5 days this time?
3. If parliament is not prorogued, a new session not opened then TM deal will not be able to be voted as it is still within the same session of parliament so does this not contradict the motion that was passed?
