So you are comparing advice to queen and advice to parliament

I would of thought they were the same otherwise that really is a terrible mistake.

I think it's more the advice states they wish to bring a new domestic agenda and the judge has ruled that they don't believe the advice and his true intention is to frustrate parliament.

Either way it is irrelevant as the court has no authority
