dunno Norwich well enough to comment on that tbh

(not suggesting this is the case for Norwich either)

what the Cambridge council have also done is to legally allow cyclists to ride the wrong way up a fair number of one way streets in the city.

the way they've accomplished this is by painting a bike on the road at either end. many of these roads are really f**king narrow too.

this sort of 'infrastructure' just seems designed to create conflict.
