Road rage is a specific thing and *could* be used for non-drivers.

The point is that he’s seen as a cyclist where really he’s just a bloke on a bike. The headline “man headbutts other man” isn’t news unless you mention that one is somehow different - ie. a cyclist. However here he’s just a commuter, using a bike. The point should be the excessive use of violence, not the t**t’s choice of transport and whether or not he had committed a traffic violation.

I certainly don’t think that no cyclists commit criminal offences, they’re human and I’m not stupid.
