To be honest whether is a prorogation/recess or whatever i just think its

probably helpful not to have the MP's playing their games at this precise moment in time. Just for 3 weeks and then lets see where we get to with the EU.

The notion that they would have been passing all these bills during their normal parliamentary recess over the conference season is very convenient. I highly doubt it. They've all just had two months off which they could have sacrificed had they felt so compelled to do.
