Although i've not been able to read the Scottish decison I find it hard to see

The Supreme Court holding that it was unlawful when the power clearly exists and it was signed off by the Queen.

I also don't think having that bunch of squabbling t**ts back all working to their own agendas and undermining any negotiations with the EU would be in the slightest bit helpful over the next 3 or 4 weeks. They should let Johnson see where he gets to by mid October and then come back and debate/vote on it.
