Having given up the fags a while back, and now having stopped drinking too, at least until I'm back on my bike, I've managed, somehow, to get hooked on extra strong mints, polos and chewing gum. (These were originally a distraction from the ciggies...)
How bad are several packs of each a day for you, I wonder. Any medicalrothers care to venture an opinion?
