it's not fit for purpose apparently they should build a new one in brum

and turn the old one into posh flats for rich oligarchs and sheiks. a state of the art parliament they can all parle in to their hearts content. imagine how much one of they westminster flats would go for with a river view?! a lot is the answer to that question. f**k me razor ruddock is on celebrity masterchef.
