Is it time to go with 3 at the back - assuming Zimbo is ok?

With either Amadou or Hanley - again fitness permitting. Either BG or Amadou can play out from the back as required.

Max and Jamal virtually play as wing backs anyway. We managed the risk of exposure last year by pushing teams aside with our expansive Farkeball but I can’t help thinking that masked some fairly basic deficiencies in terms of cover against overload - which was exposed yesterday. Horrible to watch as we weren’t far from being in the game but every time we lost possession second half we were a man short either side.

Drop Stiepermann and bring Emi and Todd more narrow centrally with Max and Jamal offering the width. Or possibly drop Todd for greater physical presence.
