You are missing the point though

It is being done ti limit parliaments ability to hold the executive to account.

There is every chsnce MPs would have voted to suspend the conference recess, so its not just the 4 days is it.

Everyone should be appalled by the precedent this sets. Dont whinge when a government you dont like (Corbyn?) does the same in the future.
