if they are new then try a stretcher as per Tombs

if old then they have probably already moulded to your feet and unlikely to change much now

Even better, can't you take them back to Loake and get a better fitting shoe?

Tip for future: try Herring shoes. they use the same lasts as Loake/Church etc at a slightly keener price. ie you'll get the British-made Loakes at the price of the overseas-made Loakes. If you search the last name on the Herring shoes it'll tell you whether it's Loake or Church, and UK or overseas etc. Herring also sell seconds for their own (& sometimes Loake/Church) and I've never had a pair yet that I've been able to find a noticeable blemish on.
