a scummer bid £10,000 on a shirt worn by Pukki on ebay and the shirt was being sold by the club

No I'm no expert but by bidding and winning a contract as been established and the dumb scummer is liable for the bill and if the club took him to court they would surely win

can some legal eagle confirm yes/no
