Because he has such a high level of focus and dedication.
His progress over the summer is simply astounding. When he could have spent the summer on a sun lounger in Dubai trying to score with some page 3 stunner, he's very clearly put in a tonne of work instead. And you can see it in his game. He's gone from being on the fringes of the first team (well, maybe slightly more "in" than that) to one of the best first team performers so far this season.
If Farke tells him he needs to add goals, you get the sense that he'll just practice his butt off till doing the right thing becomes second nature.
I salute him and can't wait to see him play more.
