Man City pen shout wasn’t clear and obvious

The last minute ‘winner’ was a blatant handball assist which is against the current laws of the game. No fingernail involved.

If Jackson had handled the ball into the goal it would be correctly ruled out and would be a joke to complain. For me the technology is working brilliantly and the games are being decided on footballing ability, not ability to get away with breaking the rules. WTF is the point in having laws if they aren’t observed correctly.
