I sat in there - won a ticket in a poker tourney

I think a lot of those seats are corporate - my ticket came with a breakfast, a 'goodie' bag of chelsea s**t that I threw away, and photos with a Chelsea legend, who no one except me had ever heard of.
We all turned that down
