I think he is doing something wrong

those 48 people get to the front of the queue without having to do anything because of 1 guy prepared to do it, while everyone else who can't get to the ground has to fight for the scraps online and on the phone in the normal way. What if he had 2000 memberships and was first in line? (Extreme example)
