When demand for tickets exceeds the supply, some people will miss out.

It's always been the way hasn't it. Or have I missed something.

It's getting tedious every week now, particularly on t**tter, one to tweet moaning about the system followed by another gloating that they have a ticket.

Who is it that needs to know?
