I was refreshing the screen from 08:45 perhaps this is the wrong thing to do?

At 9 got 45 min wait, waited around 40 mins, then get the sold out page.......arrrrrrrrrgh!

This was a ticket for my son who lives in f**king London, about 10 mins on the tube from the ground!!!!!
