I have no idea but I guess the club don't mind as they are

selling the seat twice if the seat is taken up by another person, I don't know the extent of the refund but I don't think it is that huge. I think the idea is to keep the stadium full though. The average gate for FC Basel is about 25,000, the avg for the rest of the league is about 3,000 so I guess there is plenty of demand for tickets
