Went back to check the Wrath on the day of the Birmingham game and when the team was announced nobody was expressing a wish for Zimmerman to play instead of Hanley.
Zimmermann was clearly much better than Hanley LAST season but that makes it easy to forget that the season before Hanley had generally been very good (hence being made captain) and Zimmermann himself much flakier than he subsequently became.
