We're in position at the newly-named Lotus Training Centre for Daniel Farke's first Premier League presser of the season!
---------------------------------------------------------------
DF: In general, I'm a happy man. We're back in the Premier League and we'll work with what we've got. Stuart Webber has done an amazing job in the window.
DF: As a head coach, you always want to sign a striker for £40 million. But I'm happy with the business we've done.
DF: We loved Jordan Rhodes. He was crucial for our success. He's a Sheffield Wednesday player and I won't speak about him too much.
DF: We had to react a bit. We have some injuries. Few defenders out, Alex Tettey out. We wanted someone versatile in. Ibrahim is great fit, he is young and greedy. He's proved he can play at the top level.
DF: No - no more incomings. I don't expect anything else.
DF: We are returning to the top flight so we are all happy. We know it's a tough first task away at Anfield. We are working so hard. We're looking forward to the game.
DF: I can't speak highly enough of Jurgen Klopp. He always delivers. He was top class at Mainz and then at Borussia Dortmund. The job he has done at Liverpool is outstanding.
DF: You have to judge each and every coach individually. I wouldn't pay too much attention to passports, German and English football culture is pretty similar.
DF: We were under lots of financial pressure in the past. We have a situation now where we can keep our best players. The most important focus during this window was to keep our group. We are confident that we're in good shape.
DF: We have to work with many young lads and be a bit more creative and smarter in our recruitment. Young players in England are too expensive so we have to scout in many different countries.
DF: Most important thing is player fits in to our style and our personality. And we have to be able to afford him!
DF: Liverpool is the toughest task you can get. The focus will be on this game and the first time they are back at Anfield after the Champions League final.
They will be pretty focused. They are one of the best teams in the world.
DF: You have to play each and every opponent two times. We have to be competitive. We know we are the underdogs but we want to be at our best. We will be greedy to get a good performance and good result.
DF: We won the title and created history. It was well-deserved. It's important we use this confidence. We have to prove we can be competitive.
DF: We know we are favourites for position 20 in the league. But everyone said we needed to spend loads of money last year, we broke rules last season and and we want to make more rules this season.
DF: We want to make this Club a permanent member of the best 25 in the country. We are not able to spend lots of money, we don't want to risk the future of this Club. We are still paying for some sins in the past.
DF: For me the most important thing is that we stick to our principles. We want to go with our style and stick to our beliefs.
DF: Myself and Jurgen did not work together. He can be a role model in terms of his style at Liverpool. He has created at togetherness and I love coaches who can bring a certain style to a Club.
DF: We are a possession-based side. We want to control the ball for 90 minutes.
DF: Our lack of Premier League experience could be a positive. Our naivety could be a good thing. I want my players to go out there and think about why they first started playing football. I want them to be brave and enjoy playing.
DF: I watched their second-half against Man City, one of the best teams in the world. They dominated it and looked really good. They are used to playing with each other, they are in their rhythm. Maybe you could speak abotu Salah arriving late. We want to be competitive even against the best Liverpool side.
DF: Borussia Dortmund is one of the best clubs in the world and they employ the best coaches. It's not surprise so many coaches from there have done well. But there are different coaches with different styles. You can't compare Norwich with Huddersfield and David Wagner.
DF: I am looking forward to my home games. It's always great to play in our living room and play in-front of our amazing home fans.
DF: It's always good when you are a bit nervous. It's a big game and everyone wants to be involved. They are focused and concentrated on putting in a good performance.
DF: We have to face much better individual quality but we just have to make sure we are prepared in the best way. Against Liverpool, many topics have to come together.
DF: We have a few problems in the defence. I have just two centre-backs available. Zimmermann and Klose are not available for tomorrow. Alex Tettey hasn't played in pre-season so is unavailable and also Ibrahim Amadou.
DF: Timm will join us next week in training (hip problem). I don't want to complain, I trust my lads.
DF: We will go into each and every game to win. We don't want to save ourselves from a defeat. If we win or lose, we want to be there with the best goal difference we can get. We will fight in each and every minute. I will always protect my players, as long as they give everything.
We have to climb Mount Everest again. Once thing is for sure, we will stick together.
