Essentially both are starting with the same situation and giving very different messages about it. Lambert's complaint about not bringing people in, having to sell before they can buy, and the fact that it is the way the club is run and he'll have to work with that - it's actually not much different at all to the message NCFC were giving last season, and even the same given this season to a certain extent.
Difference being that 1) Delia, Webber and Farke were all giving the same message and it gave the impression of alignment whereas with Ipswich Evans doesn't talk with the press, so nobody knows if this is the case in his opinion and 2) that Farke gave the message as working hard at a great challenge of getting the best out of available resources and that this was the right way to go, while Lambert is chucking Evans under the bus and whinging about it.
