And while they're at it, someone please teach Charlie the art of a defensive midfielder is to keep a hold of the ball. Although being a left sided defender I doubt we can really fault him for trying his best (and sometimes succeeding).

How are we going to fit Earnshaw into the team?

IMO these are all issues Worthy needs to think VERY carefully about.
