It was a definite pre season game

In much the same way that we used pre season last year to suss out the GK situation, this game I think we were looking at stiepy alternatives.

Todd looked great there.
Sir benny didn't.

Rather than focusing on dfm I'd be looking for a physical presence higher up the park to challenge Stiepermann. Not a target man per se, but someone who can make themselves a nuisance in the final third, lay it off to onel/emi/pukki.

We looked short (physically) up front. Tho onel and Todd held their own in that respect. Which was impressive.
