is that I reckon he is better than any of our other players at finding the space between the opposition's defence and midfield, which makes him an easier 'out' ball for our defence. Coupled with that is his size and strength, which makes it easier for him to compensate for a slightly off pass by 'obstructing' the player marking him. On the other hand Emi, for instance, is so confident of his close touch that he is happy to stick near his marking player - in fact he almost prefers them close so he can take them out of the game with a quick turn/trick. That does mean though that passes to him have a smaller margin of error and if they are a bit off it is easier for defenders to intercept and come away with the ball.
