I've worked for a lot of design agencies

75% of what you're paying for is bulls**t, fancy presentations, a ping pong table no one uses, and a beer fridge.

A good freelance designer will be better and cost a fraction of the price.

I appreciate a lot of companies will only work with big agencies though.
