We don't know how many of the attendance for the Stevenage match (for example) were or were not existing season ticket holders or non-season ticket holders. The fact it was an evening match will have made it less attractive for families.

I am sure the club would hope to be playing clubs higher ranked than Stevenage and so shouldn't base capacity requirements on such an attendance.
