he's scored 14 hundreds in the last two seasons, and has scores of 154, 88, 167* in the last four Div One county championship matches.

Top scored in the first innings v Ireland, and unluckily run out when looking very solid in the second innings.

He may not be one for the future, but he has solid claims on form.

In terms of bowling, he's part-time but a useful option if it's turning.
