We didn't really 'lose it', because we never had it

The problem, of course, is when you have players contracted on Prem wages after the parachute payments run out (e.g. Naismith), but to attract players you often need to offer at least 3 years or more contracts. That's probably part of the problem we'll have signing players this year - we'll only get 2 years of payments if we go so down so any contract over 3 years is potentially a big problem.
