It isn't clear the reason for £50 membership is to stop fans from other clubs buying

tickets. That may be one justification - but the away points did the same thing. There were other ways to make sure 'real' Norwich fans had access to tickets other than the £50 lottery ticket.

The information being given late was part of the issue, not all of it.
