well using the example ingi describes, he is an exile who pays money for lots of away game

but (I think, might be wrong) doesn't go to home games. Does he deserve to go to Liverpool more than me, who is also living 3 hours from Norwich but buys a season ticket and travels every season since time started but only goes to the odd London away match?
