Well yes that was the third level of lol. First was simply that he had no idea what the

crime was.

It was for committing sabotage against the apartheid government. And he was quite clearly guilty of that, which was the second. But maybe I should add in another that kompany was giving lectures to kids about Mandela when he has missed the entire point - that he committed crimes knowing the penalty yet carried through because it was for the good and what he believed in. Nothing to do with being innocent under that regime’s laws.
