Anyone complained to the club that "junior" away members aren't junior members?!

Means a lot to young kids getting the associated welcome pack, birthday card etc.

My sister rang up today about it and subsequently sent an email. The person she spoke to said that "they don't get the pack because away clubs won't send birthday cards like we do"!
