I'm not sure how it worked

I was on the page a couple of mins before 9 and it said "this page will open at 9 to buy tickets" or something. Then just after 9 the page opened and it said "you're in a queue. Estimated time 16 minutes" I assume it's just pot luck where you initially get placed in the queue
