Good workout this

No idea how strong their side is but obviously this is early in our pre season programme and we look pretty sharp. You can already see how we are going to be effective on the counter attack this season with the likes of Roberts and Stiepermann feeding Pukki.

Not defended too badly but the most obvious area of “concern” remains lack of athleticism in the central midfield. A few times they’ve got in and been able to run at our centre backs. It’s hardly breaking news but CDM still a key area to beef up in my view.
