I wish Byram every success, however

the cards are stacked against him

1) Webber's record of recruitment from within UK has been poor so far
2) Previous recruits from W Ham are mostly busts (Jarvis, Rush, McDowall) and often through injury
3) Byram is the very definition of a 'sick-note', missing roughly 80 games through injury over the last four seasons (and playing only 60 first-team games)

Let's look back at this & chuckle once he's made his 100th appearance for us.
